※Please reserve in advance. The bus ticket is not sold on the day.
※There is no one-way bus ticket from Nagoya to Suzuka.
※Infants(under 2)are not allowed onboard.

※Buses depart every 10 minutes. Please note that the scheduled departure time may be changed.

■Route
【Outward Trip】
JR Nagoya Station Taiko-Dori West Exit(Shinkansen side)  → Suzuka Circuit P9 Parking Lot
Sakae Bus Terminal(Oasis 21) → Suzuka Circuit P9 Parking (*April 5 & 6 Only)
Although buses depart from 2 places (Nagoya and Oasis 21) on April 4 & 5, each buses are direct and not stop the other bus stop.
※All return trips must get off at JR Nagoya Station.Please note that we cannot accept any changes in the boarding place on the day of the tour.

【Return Trip】
Suzuka Circuit P9 Parking Lot → JR Nagoya Station Taiko-Dori Exit.

■Notice
Application for only unaccompanied minor (under 18 years old)requires "Parent/Guardian Consent Form".
Please download and fill in the "Parent/Guardian Consent form" and submit in advance.
If the "Consent Form" is not submitted,the reservation will be cancelled. 

■Reservation Method
Online reservation is only accepted,and application by phone is not accepted.

■Payment Method
Credit card only 
Information of your credit card will be needed for your reservation.

■Reservation Deadline
 24:00 on March 27,2025(Thu.) 　
※registration will be closed when all seats are filled.

■Minimum Number of participants Required
The tour will be cancelled if there is not aminimum of 25 participants per day.
We will let customers know 7 days prior to the departure,if the tour cancelled.

■Seat Reservation
Please note that seat reservation cannot be accepted,and that seats might be shared.

■Bus Ticket
Please make reservation in advance, bus ticket will not be sold on the day.

■Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation and Changes cannot be operated online.Please send E-mail（t-tripal@sanq-tripal.com)
If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days before the departure date of each tour, the cancellation fee will be charged as following.
Cancellation within 7-2 days before the departure : 30% of the tour price
Cancellation within 1 days before the departure    : 40% of the tour price
Cancellation on the day of departure                    : 50% of the tour price

In case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
No refunds will be made when boarding only one-way(onward/return),even if you reserve a round-trip ticket.
※Cancellation fee will be charged in case of changes of reserved date / time within 7 days before the departure.

■Refund
Full refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled before 8 days prior to the departure.
For cancellation within 7 days of the departure, the refund amount will be calculated by subtracting the cancellation charges from the amount paid.
The refund will be paid on specified bank account. Please let us know by e-mail.
The date of refund will be on April 24, 2025(Thu.)

■Other Information
The schedule might be changed depending on traffic and weather conditions.
Tour conductor will not onboard.
This bus ticket is not transferable to another person.
