Due to construction at JR Nagoya station, the ticket sale date for round-trip bus departing from Nagoya will be postponed.
We will announce the new sale date at the beginning of November on this website.
The round-trip bus from Sakae Bus Terminal and one-way bus from Suzuka Circuit will go on sale from October 14 as scheduled.

The direct bus to Suzuka Circuit offers easy transportation without transfers.

■Tour Price
【Round-trip】Sakae Bus Terminal → Suzuka Circuit → Nagoya: 10,000 JPY (Valid only on the same date)
【One-way】   Suzuka Circuit→ Nagoya                                      : 7,000 JPY
(Price for one person including tax / same price for adult, child, and infant (2 up))
*Formula 1 ticket is not included.
*Please reserve in advance. The bus ticket is not sold on the day.
*There is no one-way bus ticket from Sakae to Suzuka.
*Infants (under 2) are not allowed onboard.

*The departure time is based on the bus timetable for September 2025.  It might be changed.
*Buses depart every 10 minutes.  Please note that the scheduled departure time may be changed.

*All return trips must get off at JR Nagoya Station. (You cannot get off at Sakae Bus Terminal.)
Please note that we cannot accept any changes in the boarding place on the day of the tour.

■Notice
Application for only unaccompanied minor (under 18 years old) requires “Parent/Guardian Consent Form”.
Please download and fill in the “Parent/Guardian Consent Form” and submit in advance.
If the “Consent Form” is not submitted, the reservation will be cancelled.

■Reservation Method
Online reservation is only accepted, and application by phone is not accepted.

■Payment Method
Credit card only
Information of your credit card will be needed for your reservation.

■Reservation Deadline
12:00AM on March 19, 2026 (Thu.)
*Reservation will be closed when all seats are filled.

■Minimum Number of Participants Required
The tour will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 25 participants per day.
We will let customers know 10 days prior to departure if the tour is cancelled.

■Seat Request
Please note that we cannot meet seat requests, and other people might sit next to you.

■Bus Ticket
Please make reservations in advance, bus tickets will not be sold on the day.

■Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation and changes cannot be operated online.  Please call the Tripal Tour Center (052-253-6547).
If the reservation is cancelled within 10 days of the departure date of each tour, the cancellation fee will be charged as follows.
Cancellation within 10-8 days before the departure: 20% of the tour price
Cancellation within 7-2 days before the departure : 30% of the tour price
Cancellation within 1 day before the departure    : 40% of the tour price
Cancellation on the day of departure             : 50% of the tour price

In case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
No refunds will be made when boarding only one-way (outward/return), even if you reserve a round-trip ticket.
*Cancellation fee will be charged in case of changes of reserved date / time within 7 days before the departure.

■Refund
Full refund will be made if the reservation is cancelled 11 days or more prior to the departure.
For cancellation within 10 days of departure, the refund amount will be calculated by subtracting the cancellation charges from the amount paid.
The refund will be paid on specified bank account.  Please let us know by e-mail or phone.
The date of refund will be March 31, 2026 (Tue.)

■Other Information
The schedule might be changed depending on traffic and weather conditions.
Our company shall not be liable for any inability to attend the event due to delays not attributable to us.
Tour conductor will not be onboard.
This bus ticket is not transferable to another person.
